We encourage our customers (both internal and external) to reward exceptional customer service through the Ladbrokes WOW awards scheme. We choose a WOW winner from each region on an annual basis, the prize being a trip to a sporting event or a day at the races for the employee, their family and the customer. We also often enter our staff into the National Customer Service Awards Scheme (WOW Awards category) and have been succesful in reaching the finals on several occasions.
