Ladbrokes' success in the gaming sector relies on responsible behaviour and good corporate citizenship. Our responsibilities start by maintaining good relationships with all our stakeholders, but in particular with our suppliers and business partners. In addition we are committed to achieving high environmental and social standards within our supply chain.

We are now assessing a number of suppliers of goods and services against our Environmental, Socially Responsible and Ethical Purchasing Policy which all of our suppliers must now sign. The policy covers areas such as safety, employment, staff welfare, human rights, and environment, and applies wherever in the world they might be based or operate.

Our approach applies to all suppliers and supplier relationships across all divisions of Ladbrokes plc including Retail, eGaming, Racecourses and International.

We are also reviewing how we integrate Social, Environmental and Ethical criteria into our due diligence criteria for investment decisions regarding the locations and parties that we do business with.
